VegasAces Login
One account covers the browser, the app and mobile — one balance, one set of bonus codes, one login. Below: how to sign in, how to get back in when something goes wrong, and how to lock the account down properly once you are there.
How do I sign in?
Open the login panel
Click Login in the header on any page, or launch the app — it presents the same panel on start. There is no separate mobile login flow.
Enter your email and password
The email address is the one you registered with. The password is case sensitive; the email is not. Five failed attempts lock the account for fifteen minutes, which clears itself.
Confirm two-factor, if enabled
Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app. The session then persists across the browser, the app and mobile until you sign out or revoke it.
No account yet? Registration takes under two minutes and asks for an email address, a password of at least eight characters and confirmation that you are of legal gambling age where you live. No card details are requested and nothing is charged. Once you are in, VEGAS25 in the cashier credits a $25 free chip before you deposit anything.
Why is my login not working?
| What you see | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect password | Browser autofilled a password saved before your last change | Clear the field, type it manually, then update the saved entry |
| Account temporarily locked | Five failed attempts in a row | Wait fifteen minutes — it releases on its own. Reset the password if you are unsure of it |
| Reset link expired | Link older than sixty minutes, or a second request sent | Request one fresh link and use that one. Each new request voids the previous |
| 2FA code rejected | Phone clock drifted more than thirty seconds | Enable automatic time sync on the phone, then generate a new code |
| Session ended unexpectedly | Signed in on another device — only one session can play | Revoke the other session in account settings, then sign in again |
| Reset email never arrives | Spam filter, or a typo in the registered address | Check spam first; if the address itself is wrong, live chat can verify identity another way |
How do I secure my account?
Turn on two-factor
Account settings, Security, scan the QR code with any TOTP app. It is the single most effective thing you can do here, and it takes about a minute. Store the recovery codes off-device.
Use a unique password
Credential-stuffing attacks reuse passwords leaked from unrelated sites. A password used nowhere else defeats them entirely, whether it comes from a manager or from three unrelated words.
Review active sessions
Account settings lists every device currently signed in, with location and last activity. Anything you do not recognise can be revoked there, which also forces a fresh login on that device.
Never save on shared machines
On a shared or work computer, decline the browser password prompt and sign out fully rather than closing the tab. A closed tab leaves the session token live until it expires.
We will never ask for your password. Not by email, not in live chat, not over the phone. Support can verify your identity through account details and documents without it, so any message requesting it is a phishing attempt regardless of how the sender address looks.
What to do once you are signed in
Three things worth doing in the first session. Redeem VEGAS25 in the cashier — the coupon field sits on the deposit tab, directly above the deposit amount — and the $25 free chip credits instantly. Set a deposit limit in account settings before you fund anything, because a limit set in advance is the one that actually holds. And upload identity documents early: verification runs independently of the payment queue, so clearing it now means your first withdrawal is limited only by payout speed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in to VegasAces?
Click Login in the header, enter the email address you registered with and your password. If two-factor authentication is switched on, a six-digit code from your authenticator app follows. The session carries across the browser, the app and mobile without signing in twice.
I forgot my VegasAces password. What now?
Use the reset link on the login panel. A reset email arrives within a minute or two and the link is valid for sixty minutes. Check the spam folder before requesting a second one — repeated requests invalidate the earlier links and are the usual reason a reset appears not to work.
Why is my VegasAces login not working?
In order of frequency: a stale saved password after a recent change, caps lock on a case-sensitive password, an expired reset link, an authenticator clock out of sync by more than thirty seconds, or an account locked after five failed attempts. The lockout clears itself after fifteen minutes.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Account settings, then Security. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy or any TOTP app, then confirm with a generated code. Save the recovery codes somewhere off-device — they are the only route back in if you lose the phone.
Can I be logged in on more than one device?
Yes, but only one session can play at a time. Opening a game on a second device suspends the first to prevent double-spending the same balance. All active sessions are listed in account settings and can be revoked from there.
Where do I enter a bonus code after logging in?
The cashier, on the deposit tab, in the coupon field directly above the deposit amount. Apply the code before confirming a deposit — a code entered afterwards cannot be applied retroactively to that transaction.
